About
AmeriGEO Week is an inclusive event that brings together diverse communities and builds connections, fostering collaboration among national, regional, and international efforts in integrated Earth and social science research. These collaborations seek to combine Earth observation data, socioeconomic data, research and science, citizen observations, ancestral knowledge, and other sources of information with modeling, prediction, and scenario analysis to guide decisions.
Through these collaborations, AmeriGEO seeks to promote information sharing at all levels and in all sectors, thereby enhancing capacities and empowering society in the face of environmental, social, and economic challenges.
This event is aimed for professionals, academia, government entities, the productive sector, national and international organizations, and the general public interested in innovation and collaboration in Earth observation data. Read more here.
