About AmeriGEO
AmeriGEO Week is an inclusive event that brings together diverse communities and fosters connections, promoting collaboration between national, regional and international efforts in integrated social and Earth sciences research. These collaborations aim to combine Earth observation data, socio-economic data, research and science, citizen science, traditional knowledge and other sources of information with modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis to inform decision-making.

Through these collaborations, AmeriGEO seeks to promote the exchange of information across all levels and sectors, thereby enhancing capacities and empowering society to address environmental, social and economic challenges.

Aimed At
Professionals, academia, government bodies, the private sector, national and international organisations, and the general public with an interest in innovation and collaboration in Earth observation data.
